Shipping policy

  • I aim to post all orders within 2-3 days, excluding weekends unless stated on the individual product page.
  • Delivery for rings will usually be longer as they are made to order.
  • All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail tracked.
  • Postage within the UK is free.
  • For postage to Europe and the rest of the world,  please email me so that I can discuss the postage costs with you.
  • I hope that you are happy with your jewellery but if for any reason you aren't entirely happy, you can return it within 14 days of delivery, undamaged and unworn, for a refund (minus the postage). Jewellery must be sent back by Special Delivery in its original packaging and is your responsibility until it arrives.
