I aim to post all orders within 2-3 days, excluding weekends unless stated on the individual product page.

However at busy times, delivery make take longer. Please get in touch if you need your jewellery urgently.

Delivery for rings will usually be longer as they are made to order.  

All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 24.

Postage within the UK is free.

For postage to Europe and the rest of the world,  please email me so that I can discuss the postage costs with you.

Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
